I have been designing head wraps for Chemotherapy patients for 10 years. It all began when I agreed to make paintball hats for a friend of my sons' paintball store. I enjoyed the art and craft so much that I started making biker wraps and do-rags for my other son that rode a motorcycle and played baseball. After a while it became apparent that the wraps were in demand so at the urging of my son I opened my first web site. - One of my very first customers was a young lady suffering from Lupus. She asked me to design a wrap that would cover her head completely because she was losing her long hair and would surely become bald in a few weeks. I then realized that if she needed the wraps for her condition, there must be many others out there looking for fashionable head wear to cover their baldness due to other diseases and treatments. That was the beginning of the Sewinj's Do-wraps for Chemo patients. So, here I am years later, still in the process of making the wraps. I pray that someday there won't be a need for these items but as of today I keep on sewing.
